I have been asked by a number of my clients to create some easy to follow guided meditations. The idea behind this to help relax the mind and body. Enabling them to cope with stress.
By regularly practicing meditation our bodies and mind become healthier, and help us to deal with everyday life.
If you have never tried meditation start off by trying out short meditations, these will train your mind to become quiet. Like anything, the more you practice the easier it becomes.

Recognising and Coping with Stress
We all experience stress, but we don’t always recognise how stressed we are until our bodies or our minds give us that wake up call in some form or another.
When we are stressed, adrenalin and cortisol hormones are released in to our bodies, our heart rate and blood pressure rises. How does our body cope if we are constantly stressed? The answer is it doesn’t!
We know that our body isn’t coping when:
We take a holiday and immediately become ill with a cold, flu or some other virus,
We have trouble sleeping,
We get headaches,
we start drinking or smoking more,
we make poor judgements.
